People should choose what they share and be able to say no. We don’t use someone’s story or image to ask for help without freely given, informed permission. Children’s safety and privacy deserve particular care.
Raise a concern
You can raise a safeguarding concern or complaint using our contact form and select ‘Safeguarding concern’. Please share only what’s necessary; don’t include a child’s full name or identifying details.
A developing commitment
The public pilot is not open yet. We’re working through appropriate procedures and referral pathways before accepting requests or involving volunteers in delivery.
